Job description

Role & responsibilities

To ensure day to day equipment trouble shooting is done in appropriate manner.
To make proper RCA for breakdown works & reoccurring maintenance issues of the plant.
To make list of spare parts & inventory planning with indents.
Proper manpower management with respect to the jobs.
Appropriate quality testing of Purchased spare parts etc.
To plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules as per annual plan and reduce equipment down time.
To minimize breakdowns through rigorous efforts on preventive maintenance & its quality.
To support production department during change-over of products.
To comply with IMS systems, procedures & documentation works.
To ensure safety at the workplace.
Compliances & adherences to the statutory testing of form no 9/10/11

Skills Required
Daily Maintenance Planning, Total Productive Maintenance, TQM -5S & Kaizens concepts
