Director / Associate Director / Manager / AM- US Tax

Roles & Responsibilities

• Comprehensive understanding of federal and state corporate tax both S Corporation and C corporation returns and other allied informational forms such as 5472, 8883, 965, 5471, 8621, 926, 4562 etc.
• Understanding on partnership return Form 1065 and other supporting forms
• Understanding of individual tax returns and other allied informational forms such as Fincen Form 114, Form 1116, Form 5471, Form 5472, Form8938 etc.
• Review and filing of sales and use tax returns
• Experience on US tax advisory engagements, due diligence, direct and indirect state tax nexus analysis and other retainer services etc.
• Liaising with tax departments on need basis for relevant engagements, tax notices, obtaining certificates.

Qualifications

• Any graduate / postgraduate
• Knowledge of Financial Analysis, Tax, and Compliance
• Experience in preparing Reports and Documentation
• Strong Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in team settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant financial software
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Experience: 5 - 12 Years of relevant experience in US Tax
