Job Title: Manager – Performance Media (DV360 & Meta)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Performance Media professional to join our team as a Manager – Performance Media. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end campaign management across DV360 and Meta platforms, with a strong understanding of branding-led activations.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and capable of managing campaigns efficiently while collaborating with internal teams in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end digital media campaigns across DV360 and Meta platforms
• Execute, monitor, optimize, and report on branding-led activation campaigns
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and performance tracking
• Analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights for optimization
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Looker Studio
• Maintain campaign hygiene, pacing, and performance benchmarks
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deliverables

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with DV360 and Meta Ads Manager
• Understanding of Looker Studio and reporting dashboards
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and manage campaigns independently
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an advertising/media agency environment
• Exposure to advertising, content, and social media campaigns preferred
