Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Chennai, for an Academic Administrator. The Academic Administrator will manage daily academic activities, oversee curriculum planning, and ensure the seamless delivery of educational programs. The role includes coordinating with faculty, providing exceptional support to students, and maintaining high standards in academic services. Additional responsibilities include fostering positive communication between stakeholders and implementing policies that strengthen the institution's educational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Education and Educational Leadership to manage academic programs and foster a culture of excellence.
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for effective interactions with students, faculty, and other stakeholders.
• Expertise in Curriculum Development to design, evaluate, and improve educational materials and programs.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Prior experience in academic administration or related roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in using educational software, administrative tools, and basic IT skills will be advantageous.
