SAP ABAP Lead/Architect

Role Summary

Technical lead and architect responsible for defining ABAP design standards, leading complex developments, and driving S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern ABAP architecture for ECC and S/4HANA landscapes
• Lead S/4HANA implementations and migration programs (greenfield/brownfield)
• Design scalable solutions using RAP, CDS Views, AMDP, APIs
• Drive clean core principles and extensibility best practices
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring
• Collaborate with functional, integration, and basis teams
  
  

Required Skills

• Expert knowledge of ABAP, ABAP on HANA, RAP
• Strong experience in S/4HANA architecture & extensibility
• Hands-on experience with CDS, AMDP, OData, APIs
• Experience leading technical teams in large programs
  
  

Good To Have

• Exposure to SAP BTP extensions (In-App / Side-by-Side)
• Experience with Fiori Elements and UI integration
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
