Content Analysts read and apply codes to large quantities of user generated content that is posted to our client's websites. This content includes customer product reviews, questions, images, videos and general comments. Bazaarvoice has over 6000 global clients. Each client has a unique set of guidelines by which their content is processed and coded.

Basic Skills

• Proficiency with e-mail applications, online messaging services and forums, and Web applications.
• Proficiency with Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Professional communication skills.
• English proficiency including with the vernacular
  
  

Job Skills

• The ability to adapt to frequent guideline changes for moderating content.
• The capability to quickly assess content for suitability based on established guidelines and codes.
• The willingness to adjust performance and respond to feedback.
• The ability to meet quality and speed benchmarks.
  
  

Background Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent international credential, required.
• 2-4 years experience with moderating online User Generated Content whether for product reviews, social media content, or community content.
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work 3 days a week from the Bazaarvoice Bengalaru office
• Ability to work shifted hours a couple days a month with prior notice.
  
  

Start Date for the role -

• We are looking to onboard candidates on 30th June 2026
• Shift timings would be 7 AM - 4 PM
• Employees are expected to complete 9 hours in office.
