Senior Manager - IT Business Analyst

Qualification:

• MBA preferred

Experience

• 8-10 years experience in a business facing functional supporting role
• Experience in requirements elicitation and documenting the same
• Experience in AlcoBev or Consumer Packaged Goods Industry
• Experience in Corporate Functions domain , especially in Finance Processes
• Hands-on experience in SAP (ECC / S4 HANA)
• Experience in the following areas will be an added bonus
• Reporting/analytics/visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc
• Experience with driving projects using Agile frameworks
• Attention to detail is key, inquisitive & questioning nature
• Great at working as part of a cohesive, integrated team
• Strong problem solving planning/ organizing, highly detail conscious
• Quick learner who exhibits resiliency and tenacity in the face of challenge & ambiguity
• Have a huge passion for growing and developing
• Demonstrated leadership and the development of others
• Experience in working in an outsourced environment would be advantageous

Knowledge & Skills

• Experience of having worked in the various business areas including Sales, Marketing, Supply and Corporate Functions for Consumer Product Goods organization, with sufficient experience and exposure to finance business processes
• Strong business acumen to arrive at relevant solutions
• Operational execution excellence
• Ability to manage delivery through partners and to hold them to high standards of delivery
• Ability to drive change and adoption by establishing and showcasing business value of technology platform
• Is able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to take initiative and closely engage with the business
• General understanding of software development lifecycle, project management & delivery frameworks, testing methodologies etc

Key Areas Of Responsibilities

• Interface to Business for Demand Management, advise of solution feasibility, business/IT process design etc.
• Technology Solution Development & Delivery
• Project Management, including budget management
• Interface to Service Delivery teams
