Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Regional Assistant Manager - Key Accounts located in India

A highly criticaland visiblepositionwithin theGrowth capabilities team thatis responsible forcreating an accelerated focus on value-based innovative win-win solutions that extend beyond pricing and products aiming for a competitive advantage through effective negotiations and long-term partnership. The role involves building a market-competitive ecosystem of partners both commercial and educational driven by market needs including but not limited to localization. This role also includes working in collaboration with thebusiness unit heads and the finance team on revenue assurance and gross margin improvement initiatives.

Responsible for achieving scale by expanding our universe of strategic accountsinSouthand getting to our top 100 customers who contribute around 60-80% of our business over a period of 2-3 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build long term partnerships with strategic customers by providing innovative solutions to meet their needs

  • Collaborate with Finance Supply Chain /Logistics Legal and Health Care Compliance Departments todemonstratecustomer negotiations and ensure compliance of customer needs. Works closely with multiple cross-functional partners including marketing Business Development Medical Affairs Professional Education etc.

  • Evolving beyond contracting to capabilities on partnerships

  • Shaping and leading ecosystem partnerships including commercial and education solutions like e-commerce etc.

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive business development strategies that align withDPSoverallobjectives.

  • Conducting thorough research toidentifymarket trends customer preferences competitive landscape and potential opportunities for growth.

  • Identifyingand creating new leads through networking outreach and initiatives in collaboration with Marketing team.

  • Work with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to advance access to innovative medical technologies.

  • Helps implement projects programs and processes in support of the organizations overall Strategic Partnerships & Alliances strategy. Applies practical knowledge of the Strategic Partnerships & Alliances field to administer best of class policies procedures and plans for the area.

Qualifications - External

  • Masters degree in business administration.

  • Proven experience inSales / Key Account Managementrole.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Analytical mindset withproficiencyin data analysis tools.

  • Knowledge of industry and market trends.

  • Ability to travel is needed to support network activities.
