1. Designing and implementing work schedules for the electrical staff.
2. Providing motivation and assistance when necessary.
3. Inspecting and assessing the work done by the electrical staff.
4. Reading and interpreting design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.
5. Troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions.
6. Repairing and maintaining electrical equipment.
7. Overseeing the purchasing and maintenance of the electrical equipment on-site.
8. Ensuring the work is completed on schedule and to code.
9. Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
10. Consulting with builders, architects, and other workers on-site.
