Description

The Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the agency, managing staff, and driving sales growth while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with insurance agents and agencies.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new agency staff.
  • Set performance goals and ensure that agents meet their targets.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Prepare and present reports on agency performance and growth strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-8 years of experience in agency management or sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and market trends.
