Associate Group Head Content Strategy

Who are you

• You play a leadership role within the content strategy team, guiding both thinking and execution across multiple brands or clusters. You bring strong narrative judgment, creative direction, and platform understanding to the work.
• At this level, your role involves shaping campaign thinking, defining content ecosystems, and ensuring that storytelling remains consistent across multiple workstreams.
• You work closely with senior creative, strategy, and brand leadership to align content thinking with larger brand objectives, while also mentoring strategists and writers within the team.
• You help elevate the overall quality of ideas, ensuring that content remains culturally relevant, platform-native, and creatively strong.

What will you do

• Lead narrative and content strategy across multiple brands or workstreams.
• Develop larger campaign storytelling frameworks and content ecosystems.
• Partner with Brand Experience and Strategy teams to align content thinking with brand direction.
• Guide content strategists and writers through feedback, mentorship, and creative direction.
• Ensure storytelling consistency across campaigns, always-on content, and new initiatives.
• Strengthen creative output through narrative refinement and idea development.
• Stay closely connected to platform evolution, creator culture, and audience behaviour.
• Contribute to agency-wide creative discussions and idea development.
• Help maintain quality standards across the broader content team.
