Job Title: Project Manager / Deputy Project Manager / Site Manager

Position Overview
The Regional Manager is responsible for managing the overall business performance of the assigned
region, with accountability for profitability, project execution, safety, quality, business development,
commercial risk, and people leadership.
This role is designed as a junior general management position, providing exposure across operations,
business development, and support functions, and preparing incumbents for future Branch Manager or
P&L leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Safety Management
Ensure strict adherence to company and project safety standards.
Drive safety improvements with the objective of achieving Zero Lost Time Injuries (LTI).
Promote safety culture among employees, subcontractors, and agency workers.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory safety requirements.
2. Contract & Change Management
Review and understand critical contract clauses, including risk-related terms.
Ensure project execution aligns with contract requirements.
Monitor and manage bonds, guarantees, retentions, and delay damages.
Follow Project Performance Management (PPM) standards.
Implement change management processes to manage scope variations, claims, and
contractual obligations.
Ensure timely submission of variations and claims.
3. Project Planning & Execution
Develop comprehensive project execution plans.
Plan resources including manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and materials.Operations

Prepare and manage detailed schedules and timelines.
Identify and mitigate risks using a structured risk-based approach.
Drive innovation to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
4. Financial & Budget Management
Prepare detailed and accurate construction budgets.
Achieve targeted contract margins as per costing approval.
Monitor project financial performance using company reporting tools.
Ensure positive cash flow through timely billing and collection.
Optimize costs including equipment rental, raw materials, consumables, manpower, and
administration.
Reconcile project inventory periodically
5. Quality & Corporate Standards
Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
Achieve Zero Defects in project delivery.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular quality audits and corrective action reviews
Others:
Client Management: Builds and maintains strong client relationships, manages negotiations and
escalations effectively, and ensures timely billing and payment collection.
Supply Chain Management: Coordinates with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely
procurement, cost control, and quality compliance for smooth project execution.
Internal Collaboration: Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective planning,
execution, and alignment with organizational goals.
Sustainability: Implements sustainable site practices to minimize environmental impact and promote
responsible resource utilization.
Leadership & Self-Management: Leads and motivates teams with integrity, demonstrates resilience
under pressure, and drives performance through accountability and continuous improvement.
