Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Prism Consultant to join our Workday practice team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday Prism Analytics, data integration, reporting, and business intelligence solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data analytics solutions within the Workday ecosystem, enabling organizations to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

The role requires strong expertise in data transformation, data modeling, reporting, dashboard development, and integration with Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Workday Prism Analytics.

- Build and manage Prism data pipelines, datasets, and transformations.

- Extract, cleanse, validate, and transform large volumes of business data.

- Integrate data from Workday and external sources into Prism Analytics.

- Develop advanced reports, scorecards, and dashboards to support business decision-making.

- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.

- Design and optimize data models for reporting and analytics purposes.

- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across reporting environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Prism Analytics and reporting-related issues.

- Perform impact analysis and support Workday releases and enhancements.

- Partner with functional and technical teams to implement end-to-end analytics solutions.

- Create technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials.

- Support UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.

- Recommend process improvements and reporting automation opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-10 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years of Workday Prism Analytics experience.

- Strong expertise in Workday Prism Analytics configuration and development.

- Experience working with Workday HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, or Financials modules.

- Hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer, Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, and Dashboards.

- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data transformation techniques.

- Experience integrating Workday data with external systems and databases.

- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis concepts.

- Knowledge of Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.

- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence reporting.

- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and security principles.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning Analytics.

- Exposure to cloud-based analytics and reporting platforms.

- Experience working with HR analytics, workforce planning, and financial reporting.

- Familiarity with Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or other cloud data platforms.

- Knowledge of predictive analytics and workforce insights.
