SAP Plant Maintenance

Key Skills & Responsibilities :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) with thorough knowledge of :

1. Equipment Master

2. Functional Locations and Technical Objects

3. Maintenance Notifications and Maintenance Orders

4. Preventive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance

5. Maintenance Planning and Scheduling

6. Refurbishment Process

7. Work Centers, Task Lists, and Maintenance Plans

8. MRP integration for maintenance materials and spare parts management

- Project-Oriented Maintenance

- Good understanding of end-to-end maintenance business processes and asset lifecycle management.

- Experience in configuring and supporting maintenance order processing, planning, execution, completion, and settlement activities.

- Strong knowledge of SAP PM integration with SAP MM, FI/CO, and other cross-functional modules.

- Ability to work on maintenance-related procurement processes, inventory management, and cost tracking.

- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Fiori applications related to SAP PM, including maintenance notifications, maintenance orders, technical object management, and maintenance planning activities.

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Asset Management implementations, support, or migration projects is preferred.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, user training, and production support activities.

- Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, root cause identification, and provide timely resolution for business-critical issues.

Additional Requirements :

- Working knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) is mandatory.

- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and Agile project environments is an advantage.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP PM / SAP S/4HANA Asset Management Certification is preferred.

- Experience in Manufacturing, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Automotive, or Process Industries will be an added advantage.
