Lead Product Owner - Roadmap & Strategy

Key Mandates for the Role :

- 12 to 15 years of Product Management / Product Ownership experience.

- Strong experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS products.

- Mandatory exposure to Cloud, Networking, Infrastructure, or Security domains.

- Strong preference for Managed File Transfer (MFT) / Secure File Transfer / Enterprise Integration products.

- Must have owned product roadmap, backlog, and end-to-end product lifecycle.

- Experience handling multiple products/modules simultaneously.

We are looking for a highly strategic and technically strong Lead Product Owner to drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of enterprise-grade cloud and file transfer products. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in SaaS platforms, networking, infrastructure, security, and Managed File Transfer (MFT) ecosystems, with the ability to work closely with enterprise customers and engineering teams.

The role requires ownership across multiple products/modules, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate customer and market needs into scalable product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for enterprise SaaS/MFT products.

- Drive end-to-end product ownership across multiple product lines and strategic initiatives.

- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, sales, and customer success teams to define scalable enterprise solutions.

- Work closely with external enterprise customers and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define product priorities.

- Lead migration and modernization initiatives from on-prem to cloud-native environments.

- Manage product backlog, prioritization, sprint planning, and release execution in Agile environments.

- Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and competitive differentiators within cloud networking, infrastructure, and security domains.

- Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business cases.

- Partner with leadership teams to drive GTM alignment, adoption, and product growth.

- Ensure product scalability, reliability, compliance, and enterprise-grade security standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12 to 15 years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership roles.

- Strong experience owning enterprise B2B products in Cloud SaaS, Networking, Infrastructure, Security, or MFT domains.

- Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT), secure data exchange, file transfer platforms, or enterprise integration products is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, networking concepts, and infrastructure technologies.

- Engineering-oriented mindset with the ability to work closely with technical teams and architects.

- Proven experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, prioritization, and Agile delivery.

- Experience handling enterprise customer engagements and external stakeholder management.

- Strong understanding of migration management, modernization programs, and platform transformation initiatives.

- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Background :

- Experience working with organizations in Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech domains.

- Exposure to companies/products in networking, cloud security, or file transfer ecosystems such as Cisco or similar enterprise technology environments.

- Prior experience working on cloud-native platforms, enterprise integrations, or secure data movement solutions.
