1. Jr. Accounts Executive — ₹20-23k / month

*Exp needed*: 1+ year

*Core work*:

- Day-to-day bookkeeping + accounting system upkeep

- Bank + vendor reconciliation

- GST & TDS calculations

2. Accounts Executive — ₹28-30k / month

*Exp needed*: 2+ years

*Core work*: Everything in Jr. role, plus

- Payment follow-ups

- Auditor liaison

- GST/TDS workings, payments, filings

- Basic finalization & financial statements

3. Sr. Accounts Executive — Up to ₹40k / month

*Exp needed*: 3+ years

*Core work*: Everything in Accounts Executive role, plus

- MIS reporting

- Slightly broader ownership of GST/TDS end-to-end

4. Accounts Manager — Up to ₹60k / month

*Exp needed*: 5+ years

*Core work*: Full ownership

- Financial reporting: BS, P&L, cash flow, month/year-end close

- Statutory tax compliance: IT, GST, VAT, payroll, etc.

- Tax planning, audits, disputes with authorities

- Internal controls + process improvement

- Team leadership and training

- Financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting with tax lens
