Description
We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Recruiter to join our team in Vikhroli, Mumbai. This role is suitable for freshers / entry-level candidates who are eager to kickstart their career in human resources and recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting them on various job boards
- Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure candidate information is up to date
- Build relationships with potential candidates and manage candidate experience
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent
