What You Should Have :

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in accounting / finance roles
• Strong expertise in Workday Financials / Workday’s accounting modules
• Experience working with Prism (Integration / Data Management / Reporting)
• Deep understanding of accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS)
• Experience with month-end, quarter-end close, reconciliations, journal entries
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
