The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic, high-energy, and AI-aware sales leader to drive HostBooks enterprise growth in the manufacturing sector.

As an Enterprise ERP Sales Leader, you will : .

  • Lead large-ticket ERP sales (25L+ ARR deals) into medium-to-large manufacturing accounts.
  • Engage CXO-level stakeholders (CEO, CFO, CIO, COO, Plant Heads) with a visionary value proposition around AI-enabled ERP transformation.
  • Shape GTM strategies that blend traditional ERP value with the new frontier of Agentic AI.
  • Be a visible thought leader representing HostBooks at industry forums and AI-in-manufacturing events.
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Own the enterprise ERP sales strategy for manufacturing, with full accountability for revenue targets.
  • Lead end-to-end complex sales cycles : from pipeline building to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, AI solution architects, and product teams to craft bespoke ERP + AI transformation roadmaps for clients.
  • Build executive-level trust to secure multi-year, high-value engagements.
  • Forge strategic partnerships in the manufacturing and AI ecosystem to extend market reach.
  • Provide market intelligence to influence product roadmap, especially on AI adoption in ERP.
  • Mentor high-performing sales talent and strengthen enterprise sales processes.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Education : MBA from IIMs or equivalent Tier-1 institutions.
  • Experience : 10-15 years in enterprise B2B sales, with deep experience selling ERP to manufacturing clients.
  • Demonstrated success in closing 25L+ complex deals with multi-stakeholder decision-making.
  • Understanding of AI in ERP : familiarity with concepts like Agentic AI, AI copilots, predictive analytics, and process automation.
  • Strong grasp of manufacturing processes : supply chain, production planning, quality, and operations management.
  • Consultative selling expertise and the ability to challenge and elevate client thinking.
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and measurable outcomes.
