Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Thrissur. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and persuading them to purchase the institute's services. The role involves providing excellent customer service, answering queries, and following up on leads. The Telesales Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining records of customer interactions and conducting training sessions for new team members.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Ability to conduct Training sessions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a telesales or customer service role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
