Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and articulate a clear vision for the school’s growth and success.
- Lead curriculum implementation and innovation across IB and Cambridge programmes.
- Recruit, develop, and evaluate faculty to build a highly effective teaching team.
- Safeguard student well-being and promote a positive, inclusive school climate.
- Oversee resource management, budgeting, and operational effectiveness in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Strengthen TRINS Group’ reputation through parent partnerships, alumni engagement, and public representation.
- Champion diversity, equity, and global citizenship within the school culture.
