Executive - Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and furniture installation projects at client sites. The role involves coordinating site activities, managing contractors and labor teams, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within timelines while maintaining safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site execution of interior fit-out and furniture installation projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, vendors, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Ensure installation work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct site measurements and verify project requirements before execution.
• Manage and supervise labor teams and subcontractors at site.
• Maintain records of daily progress, material consumption, and site reports.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues to avoid project delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate material deliveries and inventory at site.
• Participate in project handovers and snag rectification activities.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in interior fit-out, furniture installation, workspace solutions, or construction projects.
• Experience in commercial office interiors is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
