Require a Trainee Engineer in Bengaluru

• Assist in the development testing and debugging of healthcare software applications under supervision.
  
• Support the implementation of electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical device integration platforms.
  
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and contribute to technical documentation.
  
• Perform software configuration system validation and quality assurance testing in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. HIPAA ISO 13485).
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical staff product managers and IT support.
  
• Monitor system performance and report issues for timely resolution.
  
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in healthcare IT and software engineering.
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electronics & Communication Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
  
• Strong foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Python Java or C.
  
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and version control tools (e.g. Git).
  
• Basic understanding of healthcare systems medical data standards (e.g. HL7 FHIR) and data privacy regulations.
  
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced regulated environment.
  
• Located in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
  

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences Business Administration or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10 years of progressive sales management experience in the healthcare pharmaceutical or medical devices industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex high-volume markets. Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in coaching performance evaluation and talent -depth knowledge of the Indian healthcare ecosystem including hospital procurement processes regulatory frameworks and distribution networks. Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) MS Office Suite and data analysis for performance tracking. Willingness to travel extensively across South India including states such as Tamil Nadu Karnataka Kerala Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Demonstrated integrity ethical judgment and commitment to compliance with industry standards and codes of conduct.
