Require a SDE in Bangalore

• Design develop test and deploy scalable software applications and services using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  
• Collaborate with product managers designers and engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality features on schedule.
  
• Write clean maintainable and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
  
• Participate in code reviews pair programming and agile ceremonies to ensure code quality and team alignment.
  
• Identify debug and resolve complex technical issues in production environments with a focus on performance optimization and system stability.
  
• Contribute to architecture discussions and help shape technical direction for new features and systems.
  
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on product development.
  
• Work with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless deployment processes.
  

Requirements

• 25 years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong foundation in data structures algorithms and object-oriented design.
  
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java Python Go or JavaScript ().
  
• Experience with web technologies including RESTful APIs microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
  
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and agile development methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment is a plus.
