Job descriptionAdjust EBITDA for sustainability Prepare due diligence and IM data Research valuation multiples and investors Manage virtual data rooms Build financial models Support deal lifecycle and negotiations Manage IPO processes end-to-end Coordinate with bankers, legal, tax advisors Prepare DRHP and restated financials Ensure compliance and reporting standards Guide promoters on IPO obligations Identify funding options Research target companies Prepare negotiation points and financial models Conduct due diligence Structure and negotiate agreements Assess synergies and risks Strong analytical and financial modeling Negotiation and stakeholder management Project management and multitasking Excellent communication Deep knowledge of transaction structures and compliance Leadership and mentoring ability Chartered Accountant (CA) Minimum 5 years in M&A, transaction advisory, IPO processes Consultancy / advisory experience preferred
Role : Assistant Vice President – Transaction Advisory (M&A)
Location : Mumbai (On-site)
Experience : Chartered Accountant with 5+ years post-qualification experience in M&A and Transaction Advisory.
