Require a Data Analyst in Bengaluru

• Collect clean and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
  
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau Power BI or Looker to visualize key business metrics.
  
• Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements implement tracking frameworks and ensure data accuracy.
  
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions including A/B testing evaluation user behavior analysis and performance benchmarking.
  
• Develop and automate data pipelines using SQL Python or other scripting languages to improve data accessibility and efficiency.
  
• Monitor data quality and integrity; identify anomalies and implement corrective measures.
  
• Translate business questions into data queries and deliver clear concise insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Stay current with industry trends in data analytics machine learning and data visualization tools.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Economics or a related quantitative field.
  
• 25 years of hands-on experience in data analysis preferably within a technology or software-driven environment.
  
• Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation.
  
• Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or Looker.
  
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
  
• Familiarity with Excel (PivotTables VLOOKUP macros) and Google Sheets for rapid analysis.
  
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis techniques.
  
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset.
  
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus.
