Service Engineer

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Installation and commissioning of Homogeniser at customer locations.
• Troubleshooting and repairing machine breakdowns.
• Preventive maintenance and periodic servicing.
• Diagnosing mechanical electrical pneumatic or automation-related issues.
• Coordinating with customers to minimize downtime.
• Providing technical support and operator training.
• Preparing service reports after each visit.
• Maintaining service records and documentation.
• Recommending spare parts and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinating with internal departments like sales production and technical support.
• Supporting AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities.
• Ensuring safety standards and SOP compliance during service work.
• Handling emergency breakdown calls and urgent customer requirements.
• Assisting in machine performance improvement and modifications.
• Building strong customer relationships through timely support.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

• Diploma/ in: Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• 02 years for Junior Service Engineer
• Experience in maintenance troubleshooting or industrial equipment preferred

Technical Skills

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• PLC/HMI basic knowledge

Soft Skills

• Customer handling capability
• Problem-solving attitude
• Time management
• Team coordination
• Willingness to travel frequently
