Tasks

• Oversee and manage construction site activities to ensure compliance with architectural plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams including contractors and subcontractors to facilitate seamless execution of project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly by liaising with relevant stakeholders to maintain project momentum and quality.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation relating to site progress challenges encountered and solutions implemented.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in site supervision and project execution within the architecture and planning industry.
• Proficiency in using architectural design software and tools such as AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of construction processes materials and legal regulations pertaining to building codes and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with contractors clients and team members.
