Key Responsibilities: Managing 24*7*365 Network Monitoring Troubleshooting and Diagnosing Network Issues Resolution of Network Issues in coordinating with Global Service Providers | |
Key Performance Indicators: Global Network Availability Quick Restoration/ Resolution of services | |
Qualificaton: B.E (EXTC) | |
Functional Skills/Competencies: Good Handson experience on CISCO (Routing) Technology CCNA/CCNP certified basic knowledge on Switching and Firewalls | |
Behavioral Skills/Competencies: Ready to work in rotational shifts 24*7*365 Good communication skills Positive Attitude |
Candidate should have more than 5 years team handling experience.
- Awareness of ITIL/ITSM or ITIL certification.
- Ability to use data and metrics perform analysis and provide or implement suggestions.
We need to look for candidates with below skill sets:
Functional/Technical:
- Leading Global network management team (minimum 20 people)
- Exposure of 24*7*365 dynamics
- LAN/WAN>Wifi experience
Behavioral:
- Good Communication skills (convent background)
- Excellent analytical reasoning and synthesis
- Objectivity in approach
- Good practical working knowledge of Power BI excel and powerpoint
- Good presentation skills with thorough knowledge of operations and business impact
