Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement scalable and high-performance applications using Node.js and React.js.

Leverage advanced Node.js features (event loop, streams, clustering, worker threads, caching, async patterns) to build robust solutions.

Stay current with the latest Node.js and React.js releases , evaluate new features, and assess their impact on existing systems.

Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability .

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to strategize, plan, execute, and test application development.

Lead by example — writing clean, testable, and maintainable code, and standing behind your work with pride.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in backend / frontend development with a focus on Node.js and React.js.

Deep expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript , asynchronous programming, and system design.

Proven experience in designing enterprise-grade, high-performance solutions .

Strong knowledge of Node.js internals and ability to apply advanced features effectively.

Awareness of latest Node.js and React.js ecosystem changes , and experience handling version upgrades .

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze trade-offs and recommend optimal approaches.
