Hiring: Package Consultant Sales & Service (Avature)

We are looking for experienced Avature Consultants to join a leading IBM project. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Avature configuration testing deployment and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Avature solutions based on business requirements
Perform unit testing and support defect resolution across testing cycles
Manage migration and movement of configurations between environments
Support cutover planning and Go-Live activities
Provide Hypercare and post-production support
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Troubleshoot issues and support continuous system improvements

Required Skills:
8 years of relevant IT experience
Strong hands-on experience in Avature configuration and administration
Experience with unit testing and defect fixing
Knowledge of deployment and environment migration processes
Experience supporting cutover Go-Live and Hypercare activities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Important Notes:
Candidate must be ready for Face-to-Face interviews at IBM location if required.
Day 1 reporting from Date of Joining is mandatory.
