Hiring: Business Transformation Consultant Warehouse & Logistics (Blue Yonder TMS)

Locations: Bangalore NCR Coimbatore
Experience: 5 Years (4 Years Relevant)

We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder TMS Consultant to join an IBM project supporting Warehouse & Logistics transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design configure and implement Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (TMS) solutions
Provide AMS (Application Management Support) for Blue Yonder TMS environments
Support transportation planning execution and logistics operations
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support
Collaborate with business and technical teams to enhance TMS processes
Participate in testing deployment and production support activities

Required Skills:
5 years of overall IT experience
4 years of relevant Blue Yonder TMS experience
Strong AMS support experience in Blue Yonder TMS
Experience in designing configuring and implementing TMS solutions
Understanding of transportation and logistics business processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
End-to-end Blue Yonder TMS implementation experience

Important Notes:
Candidate must be ready for Face-to-Face interviews at IBM location if required.
Day 1 reporting from Date of Joining is mandatory.
