5 10 years of IT experience with at least 4 years in AS400 development.
Proficiency in RPGLE CLLE ILE SQL and DB2/400.
Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA Jenkins
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
