We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Business Analyst in Chennai. Our client is a reputed organization in the Banking & Financial Services sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals with strong expertise in payment processing and ISO 20022 standards. Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from banking stakeholders.
  
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
  
• Work on domestic and international payment processing solutions.
  
• Analyze payment schemes including RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, SWIFT, SEPA, CHIPS, FEDWIRE, CHAPS and CBPR+.
  
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design payment solutions.
  
• Support ISO 20022 payment message implementation and validation.
  
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Ensure payment solutions comply with banking standards and business requirements.
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of domestic and international payment processing.
  
• Hands-on experience with ISO 20022 payment standards.
  
• Business requirement gathering and documentation expertise.
  
• Knowledge of payment clearing systems and interbank payment flows.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in banking payment products.
  
• Knowledge of multiple global payment schemes.
  
• Exposure to Agile or Banking Digital Transformation projects.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess experience in Payments Processing within a Bank or Payment Processing Product organization. Typical experience for this role is 5–10 years in business analysis with exposure to banking payment systems and ISO 20022 standards.

Education

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or related field (typical)
  
• Preferred: MBA / Master's Degree (typical)
  
• Additional Certifications: CBAP, Banking Domain, ISO 20022 or Payments Certification (typical)
