About the Role

We are hiring a Python Developer to join our team and work on building modern, scalable backend systems.

Your first responsibility will be contributing to our real-time Voice AI Agent platform (speech-to-text, large language models, text-to-speech). This includes improving system performance, reducing latency, and making the platform more reliable.

Over time, you will also contribute to a range of AI-powered products and backend services , working closely with product, AI, and frontend teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python backend services (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Work with real-time data systems (WebSockets, streaming, event-driven).
• Enhance the Voice AI Agent : STT integrations, LLM pipelines, TTS services, session caching.
• Build and maintain REST & WebSocket APIs.
• Write containerized microservices with Docker.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and performance checks.
• Follow security best practices (auth, rate limiting, input validation).
• Collaborate across teams and document your work clearly.
