Job Description : We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for travel and customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to one year of experience to build a career in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to travel packages
- Promote and sell domestic and international travel plans to potential clients
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings
- Maintain and update customer database and booking records
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless travel arrangements
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
Requirements :
