Role : Operations Manager (4–5 Years Experience)

Location : Delhi, India

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Manager with 4–5 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations, supply chain processes, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Shopify operations and advanced Excel skills, along with a proven ability to optimize workflows and drive efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations across production, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Handle Shopify store operations , including order management, inventory syncing, product listings, and sales tracking.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, inventory planning, and performance monitoring.
• Streamline processes to improve productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and timely order fulfillment.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and support financial planning.
• Implement SOPs, policies, and KPIs to ensure smooth and scalable operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless coordination.
• Manage vendor relationships and optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and provide data-backed solutions for improvement.
