We are seeking a detail-oriented professional experienced with OpenInvoice (E-Invoicing Software for Oil & Gas by Enverus) to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end invoice processing cycle, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining compliance with company policies while managing workflows from receipt to completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesInvoice Management: Manage the end-to-end invoice processing cycle from receipt to completion.
Workflow Automation: Perform automatic compliance and fulfillment alerts to automate workflows, including invoice-to-PO matching and investigating mismatches.
Data Validation: Validate invoices for accuracy and completeness before processing to ensure consistency and strict policy compliance.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with vendors, procurement, and finance teams to resolve invoice and PO issues effectively.
Tracking and Follow-up: Track pending invoices and proactively follow up to ensure timely closure.
Compliance and Audit: Maintain proper documentation for reporting purposes and audit readiness.
Process Improvement: Support the continuous improvement of invoice, PO, and master data processes.
Spend Management: Manage various spend types utilizing quantity-based or amount-based, freight, and surcharge line types.
Experience: 5 to 15 years of relevant experience in invoice processing and financial workflows.
Software Expertise: Hands-on experience working with OpenInvoice (Enverus) within the Oil & Gas domain is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in PO matching, excellent communication skills for vendor coordination, and a solid understanding of data compliance standards.
