VEGAH is building and scaling AI/SaaS initiatives focused on enterprise transformation, AI-powered automation, digital platforms, and business growth.
We are actively evaluating a serious long-term strategic partner who can help build, fund, scale, and position an early-stage U.S.-based AI/SaaS venture.
This is not a generic fundraising or investor-list role. We are looking for someone who can work closely with founders from start to finish — helping shape investor readiness, business positioning, capital strategy, customer growth, valuation improvement, partnerships, and eventual strategic exit planning.
Role Overview
The Fractional CXO / Venture Builder / Capital Strategy Partner will work directly with the founders to help transform AI/SaaS product ideas into fundable, scalable, and enterprise-ready ventures.
This role is ideal for someone who understands early-stage startups, investor expectations, B2B SaaS growth, capital strategy, and long-term value creation.
You should be able to bring more than introductions. We are looking for strategic thinking, execution discipline, investor-level feedback, market judgment, and practical venture-building support.
What You Will Help With
- Fundraising readiness and investor narrative
- Capital strategy for an upcoming institutional or strategic funding round
- Pitch deck, financial model, and valuation positioning
- Investor targeting, warm-intro strategy, and capital partner mapping
- GTM strategy and path to meaningful customer traction
- Customer acquisition strategy and early revenue validation
- Partnership and strategic buyer positioning
- SaaS business model refinement
- Market positioning, competitive analysis, and category narrative
- Long-term value creation toward a potential strategic exit
Ideal Background
We are interested in professionals with experience as one or more of the following:
- Venture builder
- Fractional CXO
- Startup advisor
- Capital strategy advisor
- Venture capital or private equity professional
- Investment banker
- Registered broker-dealer or licensed capital markets professional
- M&A advisor
- Strategic partnership leader
- B2B SaaS growth advisor
- Founder’s office / venture studio operator
Preferred Experience
- Experience with AI, SaaS, enterprise software, B2B platforms, or technology startups
- Verifiable experience supporting fundraising, investor readiness, venture building, startup scaling, M&A, or exit advisory
- Strong understanding of early-stage company valuation drivers
- Ability to evaluate product-market fit, GTM readiness, and capital readiness
- Experience building investor narratives, pitch decks, financial models, or capital partner strategies
- Familiarity with angels, family offices, seed funds, VC, private equity, strategic investors, corporate venture arms, or M&A buyers
- Ability to work with early-stage founders where priorities evolve quickly
- Comfort with milestone-based, equity-based, or success-aligned compensation structures
What We Are Not Looking For
We are not looking for:
- Generic investor databases
- Mass outreach campaigns with no strategy
- “I can raise money” claims without credibility
- Passive advisors who only attend occasional calls
- People who only want compensation for introductions
- Unstructured fundraising efforts that create compliance risk
- Resume-only advisors without real operating or capital strategy involvement
We are looking for someone who can help build real enterprise value.
Compensation Structure
This is intended as a structured advisory / venture-building opportunity, not a traditional salaried role at the beginning.
For the right person, VEGAH is open to a milestone-based equity or success-aligned structure depending on:
- Role and seniority
- Credibility and track record
- Time commitment
- Actual involvement
- Risk taken
- Network value
- Operating contribution
- Fundraising and capital strategy support
- Long-term value creation
Any capital-raising compensation must be structured appropriately and compliantly. Registered broker-dealers or properly licensed professionals are welcome to discuss a compliant retainer / success-fee structure.
Compliance Note
If you are offering fundraising services, please be prepared to clarify whether you are licensed, registered, or affiliated with a registered broker-dealer or other regulated entity.
VEGAH is open to advisory, venture-building, GTM, investor-readiness, and capital strategy support, but any transaction-based fundraising compensation must be handled appropriately and compliantly.

- Build a thoughtful investor targeting strategy
- Develop early GTM and customer traction plans
