Key Responsibilities
Export Marketing Strategy
- Devise and implement strategic marketing plans for expanding international apparel markets.
- Identify and target key regions, buyer segments, and trade channels for export growth.
- Lead international brand positioning and campaign execution across digital and physical platforms.
Buyer & Client Engagement
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with global buyers, agents, and distributors.
- Act as primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the company at global trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Conduct regular market analysis to understand buyer preferences and competitive landscapes.
- Monitor fashion and consumer trends globally to guide product development and merchandising.
- Evaluate new countries or markets for entry, including trade regulations and pricing strategies.
Sales & Revenue Leadership
- Collaborate with merchandising and sourcing teams to align marketing efforts with product offerings.
- Drive annual export sales targets through focused marketing initiatives and buyer engagement.
- Optimize pricing strategies, cost structure, and brand offerings to increase profitability.
Brand Development & Communication
- Lead marketing communication for international promotions, catalogues, digital campaigns, and PR.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning across geographies.
- Partner with the design team to support creation of market-driven collections.

Qualifications
B-Tech in Textiles or MBA in marketing / international business or related field
Preferably with a background in fashion/Textiles/apparel merchandising
