Job descriptionFacilitate onboarding, training, and development programs for employees. Work closely with HR centers of excellence (e.g., Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions. Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop people strategies that support them. Act as a trusted advisor to managers on all HR-related matters. Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Guide managers on performance management practices including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews. Support the development and implementation of performance improvement plans. Design, implement, and monitor employee engagement programs that foster motivation, inclusion and productivity. Analyze HR metrics and trends to support decision-making. Prepare and present HR reports to leadership.
