Senior Manual QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end quality assurance process for software applications, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Conduct comprehensive manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and follow up on resolutions.
• Mentor and guide the QA team, ensuring best practices and standards are adhered to.
• Continuously improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in manual testing and QA methodologies.
