About the Role

As a  Senior Sales Consultant , you will drive revenue, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. We are looking for a self-motivated, target-driven professional who thrives in a competitive environment and is passionate about achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with clients to provide expert real estate consultancy services, specializing in Pune’s  East and West locations .

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless and personalized property-buying experience.

Plan and execute  daily, weekly, and monthly sales strategies  to achieve individual and company targets.

Utilize social media and other platforms for  lead generation , branding, and relationship building.

What We’re Looking For :

Experience :  Minimum 2 years in real estate consultancy with a history of successfully closing sales.

Personality :  Presentable, extroverted, and adept at collaborating within the team and connecting effectively with clients.

Education :  MBA candidates are preferred, but graduates with relevant experience are also welcome.

Essentials :

Own a  two-wheeler or four-wheeler .

Possess a  laptop and smartphone .

Tech-Savvy :  Active on social media with the ability to leverage it for branding and lead generation.

Attitude :  A  go-getter mindset , eager to create opportunities and deliver results consistently.
