• Hands on experience on Palo Alto network firewalls including Configuration, Firewall rules management
• Panorama Management : Proficiency in managing Palo Alto firewalls through Panorama
• Able to manage firewall template, device groups from Panorama
• Thorough knowledge and handson experience on managing Palo Alto SDWAN infrastructure efficiently
• Able to manage firewall template, device groups from Panorama
• Thorough knowledge and handson experience on managing Palo Alto SDWAN infrastructure efficiently
• Proficiency in configuring IPsec tunnels and troubleshooting
• Thorough understanding of Global Protect VPN and troubleshoot VPN related issues
• Proficiency in configuring IPsec tunnels and troubleshooting
• Thorough understanding of Global Protect VPN and troubleshoot VPN related issues
• Proficiency in configuring IPsec tunnels and troubleshooting
• Thorough understanding of Global Protect VPN and troubleshoot VPN related issues
• Proficiency in configuring IPsec tunnels and troubleshooting
• Thorough understanding of Global Protect VPN and troubleshoot VPN related issues
• Good understanding on Prisma access and able to fix related issues
• Able to raise case with Palo Alto TAC and work for the resolution
• Monitor and analyze firewall logs for security incidents
• Troubleshooting skills including ability to diagnose and resolve firewall-related issues efficiently
• Ability to think around problems and come up with creative solutions
• Service Now Ticketing Tool Knowledge
• Network Security- Palo Alto extensive knowledge
