Education Counsellor

Key Responsibilities Interact with 80–100 prospective learners on a daily basis through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings. Understand students' educational background, career goals, and interests to recommend suitable academic programs. Counsel students and parents regarding courses, universities, College Comparisons, admission procedures, and career opportunities. Manage the complete admission process, including application guidance, documentation, and enrolment formalities. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students throughout the admission journey to ensure effective conversions. Maintain accurate student records and regularly update the database. Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets through consistent counselling and conversion efforts. Stay informed about industry trends, university updates, scholarships, and admission policies. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's degree in any UGC approved Universities. 1–2 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, student recruitment, or sales will be preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply. Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent counselling, interpersonal, and relationship-management abilities. Target-oriented mindset with a passion for student engagement and admissions. Ability to understand student requirements and provide customized guidance. Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools. Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
