Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Linux System Administrator with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing LAMP-based environments and automation. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our cloud and on-premise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) environments for optimal performance and uptime.
  
• Monitor infrastructure using tools like Zabbix or Nagios, and respond to incidents proactively.
  
• Develop and implement security measures using ModSecurity, fail2ban, and firewall configurations.
  
• Automate routine server-side tasks using Bash or Python scripting.
  
• Administer and troubleshoot Postfix mail servers.
  
• Handle MySQL database management, including crash recovery and performance tuning.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Dev, BI, Infra) to streamline deployment and monitoring.
  
• Implement and manage configuration management tools like Ansible, SaltStack, or Chef.
  
• Ensure 24x7 system availability and implement disaster recovery strategies.
  
• Evaluate and integrate DevOps tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure and development processes.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Linux system administration.
  
• Strong expertise in LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
  
• Proficiency in Bash and/or Python scripting for automation.
  
• Experience with Postfix, Zabbix, Nagios, and firewall/IPTables configuration.
  
• Familiarity with Ansible, SaltStack, or Chef.
  
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and cloud/on-prem infrastructure.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Job Location: Greater Noida West Salary: max upto 3.5 LPA including variable What You'll Do: Analyze website and application requirements. Write efficient PHP modules and back-end code. Develop optimized database-driven back-end portals. Troubleshoot application issues and enhance performance. Collaborate with front-end developers and respond to integration requests. Test and finalize back-end features for seamless operation. Update and optimize existing applications What We're Looking For: 2 years of proven experience in software development. Proficiency in PHP web frameworks like Laravel (highly preferred) and CodeIgniter. Expertise in REST API design/development, security patterns, and enhancements. Hands-on experience with ReactJS and Redux. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming. Previous experience in developing scalable applications. Proficient in SDLC, version control systems like Git, and unit testing. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases. Expertise in Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and building automation around their APIs. Familiarity with test automation, continuous integration tools, and development environments. Experience with technologies supporting test automation. A passion for building efficient and scalable solutions.
