Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Officer, based in Mumbai. The Purchase Officer will handle daily purchasing activities including processing purchase requisitions and orders, ensuring timely procurement of goods, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves negotiating contracts with vendors, monitoring purchasing trends, and collaborating with multiple departments to meet business needs efficiently. The candidate will also analyze purchasing data to optimize costs and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling Purchasing Processes, including Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and vendor relationship management
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate procurement trends and cost optimization opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is an added advantage
