Job description
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals (freshers & experienced) who are interested in building a career in Sales and Customer Success.

This Role Gives Exposure To

  • B2B Sales
  • Client Handling
  • SaaS & IoT Industry
  • Real-time customer problem solving

Key Responsibilities

Sales (Learning + Execution)

  • Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings
  • Support in lead generation and follow-ups
  • Assist in product demos and presentations
  • Learn and gradually handle deal closures Customer Success (Core Focus for Freshers)- Support onboarding of new clients
  • Help clients understand and use the platform effectively- Handle basic client queries and coordinate with technical team
  • Ensure smooth communication and timely responses Account Support- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
  • Update CRM and maintain records- Assist senior team members in managing key accounts

Who Can Apply

  • Fresh graduates (BBA, BCom, MBA, or similar)
  • Candidates with 0–2 years of experience
  • Strong interest in sales, client interaction, and technology

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills (English + Hindi; any other language is a plus)
  • Confidence in speaking with clients
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of MS Excel / CRM tools (training will be provided)
