Freelance Agile Project Manager

Our client is looking for a dynamic Agile Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of digital initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure Agile best practices, and deliver projects aligned to business goals with a strong focus on quality, cost, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital/software projects.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage team capacity, risks, and dependencies.
• Track project KPIs, ROI, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and collaboration.

Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in managing mid-to-large-scale digital projects
• Hands-on experience with PM tools such as JIRA, MS Project
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
• Excellent communication skills in English (must).
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment with strong leadership skills.
• Hands on experience in building nice and effective PowerPoint presentations.
• PMP certification will be appreciated.
