Role Overview: Lead day-to-day factory operations across extrusion, printing, and cutting/sealing to ensure production targets, quality standards, and minimal downtime are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute daily production across all machines - Monitor output, rejection %, and downtime - Supervise operators and helpers; ensure discipline on shopfloor - Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance - Ensure consistent product quality (film, printing, sealing) - Maintain production logs, reports, and SOP compliance - Manage material flow (raw material to finished goods) - Enforce safety and cleanliness standards Requirements: - Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical / Plastics / Polymer preferred) - 3–5 years experience in blown film / flexible packaging operations - Strong understanding of extrusion + downstream processes - Ability to handle manpower and shopfloor pressure - Data-driven mindset (tracking output, rejection, efficiency) What We Offer: - Opportunity to work in a multi national company - Contribute to the environmental sustainability industry - High ownership with direct impact on plant performance - Growth to Plant Head / Operations Manager (based on performance evaluation) - Salary: 30,000 INR - Yearly performance bonus - Health coverage upto 5000 INR per year Contact Us: Mobile no: +917893921280 / +918374198753 Email: contact@bioreform.in
